• Refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultations

Initial consultations may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of consultation fees.

Custom Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Refunds are provided only in cases of material defects or workmanship errors as determined by our quality standards.
